WHEN: This is a 10 week course. Class takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have a morning class starting March 26th and an evening class starting April 30th. Classes are available monthly year-round.

Yes, if you are a student who has been told you need Remediation because you tested 3 times OR because you were a practicing nurse and have not had an active license in 5 years (endorsement), we can send your name to the Board. We CANNOT send your name if you have not tested before or if your nursing school has not sent your name for any reason.  

Once your name is sent to the FL Board of Nursing, you will have another 3 tries to take the NCLEX. 

We will send your name to the Board after you complete the following requirements:

1. Complete all Questions Bank (Passpoint) Assignments for lecture.

2. Complete 48 hours of online Virtual Simulation for Clinicals.

3. Complete 48 hours of in-person Clinicals.

Yes, the FL Board of Nursing requires that you complete a total of 96 hours of clinical skills. 

48 hours must be completed in-person, 48 hours must be completed online via virtual simulation.  

The 48 hours in-person will be completed at a clinical site with a proctor over (4) 12-hour shifts. 

If you are out-of-state, you must travel to FL for the 4 days of in-person clinicals.

After 10 weeks, you should have mastered 7 weeks of content and 3 week of Test Strategies with us. You should have all your assignments complete, along with 1 Diagnostic and 1 Midpoint Exam. You can choose to come back to class with our Elite Membership if you don't feel ready to test yet, or you can keep studying on your own with your Student Portal recordings. We are here with you until you feel ready to test!

Since you are doing Remediation, just because the 10 weeks is over doesn't mean we are sending your name to the Board. Remember, you must finish all in-person and online clinicals and assignments in order to complete the course and have your name sent to the Board. 

When you're done with all of your assigned coursework, you will continue using your questions bank to make sure you are in the right place to test. We give you an exact rubric for what your scores need to look like, how many assessments you need to have at that score, and when you should be taking these assessments. You can call us and ask us to review your work, and see if you're ready. You can also book 1 on 1 Tutoring after the course, where we can complete a 2 hour readiness assessment.
